GENERAL CONDITIONS: Entries are limited to qualifying customers only; ie. when you spend $3,000 (ex gst) combined on any product from James Hardie®, Pink® Batts® or GIB® on invoices generated from 1-31 August 2015 you will receive an ITM Cup Kit. Entries are to be made on this entry form only and posted back to ITM. Limited to one ITM Cup Kit Pack prize claim per customer/account; ie if you spend more than $3,000 on the participating brands during the promotional period, you will not receive more than one ITM Cup Kit. Promotion runs from 1 August 2015 and only the first 1000 customers to redeem and qualify will receive the ITM Cup Kit. Redemption is valid upon account payment in full at the end of following month. Customer accounts must be within agreed credit terms to receive an ITM Cup Kit. PRIZE REDEMPTION: All prize claims must be received no later than 18 September 2015. Employees and families of TINZ, James Hardie®, GIB®, ITM Building Centres, ITM Support Office and their agencies are not eligible to enter. Allow 21 days for delivery. All prize claims must state the invoice number/s. Prize is one ITM Cup Kit consisting of: 1 x Marine Gear Bag, 1 x Rugby Ball, 1 x Mini-Rugby Ball, 1 x Kicking Tee, 1 x Ball Pump, 1 x Beanie and 1 x Thermal Mug. The winner is responsible for all insurance, tax or other costs that may be associated with the prize. ITM reserves the right to refuse to award the ITM Cup Kit to an entrant who ITM decides (in its sole discretion) has violated the rules, gained an unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or qualified using fraudulent means. Free product cannot be exchanged for cash or discount and cannot be returned for a refund.
